What Happens Behind the Scenes
Bill Review
We examine your bill line by line — checking for billing errors, duplicate charges, upcoding, and unbundling issues that inflate the total.
Charity Care Research
We check if you qualify for the hospital's financial assistance or charity care programs. Many patients qualify without knowing it.
Provider Negotiation
Armed with data, we contact the provider directly. We negotiate based on comparable rates, your financial situation, and market norms.
Settlement & Close
When we reach an agreement, we present it to you for approval. You pay the hospital the new amount directly, then we invoice our 20% fee.
